文章摘要
This paper explores the specific impacts of transformational, authoritarian, and shared leadership styles on institutional innovation in higher education institutions, based on practical needs. Research indicates that transformational leadership, by stimulating the intrinsic motivation of members and shaping an innovative culture, contributes to advancing educational and teaching reforms and scientific research breakthroughs; shared leadership emphasizes team collaboration and resource integration, significantly enhancing interdisciplinary cooperation and innovation efficiency; authoritarian leadership, due to its highly centralized characteristics, to some extent limits the flexibility and innovative vitality of the institution.
