In order to cultivate applied technical talents in line with the needs of the software industry, the exploration of school-enterprise employment education mode is driven based on the concept of OBE education. Take the Ministry of Education's third supply-demand matchmaking employment training project ‘Hainan University of Science and Technology Information Engineering College and Jiangxi Senlan Technology Co., Ltd. for school-enterprise cooperation’ as an example of the construction of software engineering technology professional employment internship base project. From the analysis of OBE education concept and connotation, based on the software engineering technology major from the industry background analysis to the introduction of OBE education concept of the initial intention and driving force to develop the results-oriented, clear teaching objectives, student-centred, deepen the teaching reform, industry demand-oriented, deepen the curriculum system, the construction of the school, the enterprise, the tutor trinity evaluation system of the employment of the mode of education to explore.
