Social network Analysis (SNA) is a method of studying social structure, which reveals social phenomena such as information circulation and influence distribution by analyzing the relationship network between individuals or organizations. This paper first summarizes the connotation of social network analysis and its significance in the key indicators of organizational communication, and then analyzes the existing problems in the internal communication of organizations, including departmental barriers, redundant communication links and missing key information nodes. Based on the analysis of social network, this paper puts forward some methods to improve the efficiency of organizational communication, including drawing the panorama of organizational communication, breaking the barriers of departments, optimizing communication links and strengthening the functions of key nodes.
