文章摘要
Academic burnout is a widespread phenomenon among college students in China, which profoundly affects the quality of talent cultivation in higher education in China. Actively exploring the causes of academic burnout among college students and seeking feasible ways to crack it is an inevitable requirement to promote the quality of college students in the new era and enhance their sense of acquisition, as well as to improve the quality of China's higher education and build a modern higher education powerhouse. From the perspective of students, the causes of college students' academic burnout can be summarised as four aspects: high learning pressure, lack of professional identity and interest in learning, low self-efficacy, and mobile phone dependence. To solve the problem of college students' academic burnout, it is necessary to relieve students' study pressure, stimulate students' interest in study, correct their study attitude, improve their academic self-efficacy, and promote the rational use of mobile phones by college students.
