Symptoms, attribution and reconstruction of university teachers' role alienation in the age of digital intelligence

With the advent of the age of numerical intelligence,the field of education is undergoing profound changes.The rapid development of digital technology not only greatly improves the quality and efficiency of education,but also brings challenges to the role and responsibility of college teachers,leading to the phenomenon of teacher role alienation.This paper aims to deeply analyze the symptoms and attribution of the alienated role of college teachers in the era of digital intelligence,and reveal that there are three characteristics of teacher role:"generalization","pseudo-sanctification"and"instrumental",which will have a negative impact on teachers' professional identity,knowledge authority and teacher-student emotional interaction.According to the causes of the alienation of the role of college teachers,four strategies for teacher role reconstruction are proposed,in order to provide theoretical support for the career development of college teachers and realize the high-quality development of higher education.
