文章摘要
This research explores mental health education models for vocational colleges based on positive psychology in a digital environment. By analyzing the characteristics of digital environments and the challenges they pose to mental health education, combined with positive psychology concepts, we construct a new mental health education model adapted to the needs of contemporary vocational students. The research proposes a four-dimensional integrated education model: online mental health courses designed based on positive psychology principles, safe psychological training environments utilizing virtual reality technology, precision interventions based on big data analysis, and the creation of a digitally-supported positive campus culture. This model fully leverages the advantages of digital technology while effectively addressing psychological risks in digital environments, enhancing students' psychological resilience, positive emotions, and interpersonal connections, and increasing the coverage and precision of mental health education.
