In the historical context of the deepening implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the coordinated advancement of high-quality vocational education in the new era, cultivating compound technical and skilled talents with a craftsman's gene has become a strategic pivot for vocational undergraduate education to serve the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse. This paper systematically deconstructs the value obfuscation, teaching detachment, and practical disconnection caused by integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into ideological and political courses. Through measures such as restructuring the curriculum system, innovating teaching models, building dual-qualified faculty teams, and improving evaluation systems, efforts are made to address the challenges of superficial spiritual cultivation and devalued skill training. These initiatives provide theoretical support for vocational undergraduate institutions to fulfill their fundamental task of "nurturing virtue and talent," effectively responding to the urgent need for cultivating great craftsmen in the new era as dictated by national strategies.
