The integration of the "five educations" is the core educational philosophy for achieving the goal of "the free and comprehensive development of individuals." Physical education is the most fundamental and preparatory real condition in the field of the "five educations." In the new era, it is essential to advance reforms in college physical education, focusing on the fundamental educational task of "moral cultivation and talent nurturing." Starting from the student-centered subjectivity, we should develop sports programs with regional characteristics, organize diverse sports activities, showcase the spirit of sports and educational styles, and comprehensively promote the iterative upgrade of physical education concepts, curriculum systems, teaching methods, evaluation systems, and faculty team building.
