Taking “Establishing Morality and Cultivating People” as the fundamental task of education, this paper focuses on the evaluation of curriculum-based educational effectiveness in the bio-pharmaceutical (Sino-foreign cooperative) program and the exploration of improvement strategies. This paper establishes an evaluation indicator system of curriculum-based educational outcomes covering three dimensions of knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value cultivation, and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of each indicator and uses questionnaire surveys, interviews and other methods to evaluate and analyze the current situation of curriculum-based education in bio-pharmaceutical (Sino-foreign cooperative education) program. This research has found that there is a lack of synergy in educational goals, cultural exchange between China and other countries is not deep enough, and value guidance in the operational process is relatively weak. To address these issues, this paper proposes some specific improvement strategies from the aspects of improving course setting, updating teaching methods, and consolidating the construction of teaching staff.
