With the continuous advancement of the digital economy, the role of “education”, “science and technology” and “talents” in the competition of great nations and the development of China in the new era is becoming more and more prominent. Promoting the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talents, and constructing a virtuous cycle of efficient synergy is not only a realistic need to strengthen the efficiency of resource allocation, but also a core engine to promote China's high-quality development in the new era. Through deepening education reform, building a high-quality talent cultivation system, strengthening policy protection, and increasing the inclination of financial investment, we will build a new pattern for the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talents.
