In the field of competitive badminton, the scientific management of training load is crucial for improving athletes' competitive levels and ensuring the sustainable development of their sports careers. This paper explores the dynamic monitoring and regulation of the training load of badminton players in the context of digital intelligence. By constructing a digital intelligence monitoring system and achieving in-depth analysis of training data, intelligent regulation can be realized. This provides strong support for optimizing badminton training programs and enhancing athletes' comprehensive strength, and promotes the development of badminton training in a more scientific and refined direction.
