This paper takes smart logistics as the research object and delves into the technology brokerage-driven supply chain collaboration mechanism and its optimization strategies. Smart logistics through the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, artificial intelligence and other technical means, real-time perception of logistics information, intelligent decision-making and efficient implementation, significantly improving the efficiency of logistics operations and service quality. As a core component of smart logistics, supply chain collaboration enables close cooperation and resource integration among various supply chain segments through information sharing, resource consolidation, and process optimization. Technology brokerage, by integrating technical resources, optimizing resource allocation, and promoting technological innovation and application, can effectively improve the collaborative efficiency and competitiveness of smart logistics supply chains. This paper proposes strategic recommendations such as strengthening the development of technology brokerage platforms, advancing technological innovation in smart logistics, and optimizing supply chain collaboration processes, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the smart logistics industry.
