In the information age, the utilization of information technology to empower the process evaluation of primary school Chinese has received increasing attention. This measure can not only significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation, but also create evaluation scenarios that are in line with reality. This paper constructs a pentagonal evaluation model based on literacy, which runs through the entire process of primary school Chinese classroom teaching evaluation, homework evaluation and phased evaluation. Under the support of an intelligent learning environment, the evaluation is jointly participated by five major subjects: teachers, students themselves, peers, parents and society, ultimately promoting the all-round development of students in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.
