The professional well-being of rural teachers plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the rural teaching force,and is also an intrinsic motivation to promote the revitalisation of rural education.However,with the changes in the job market and the change in the employment willingness of youth groups and other factors,the construction of the rural teaching force is still in a relatively lagging state.Based on the perspective of incentive theory,this paper analyses the real needs and dilemmas of young rural teachers to stay in the countryside,and seeks an effective way to ensure that young rural teachers are rooted in rural education.
