In today's era of rapid digital technology development, business administration education in universities finds itself at a pivotal juncture of transformation. This study focuses on analyzing the intrinsic driving mechanisms of digital technology in enhancing teaching efficiency in business administration education at Chinese universities. It examines the application of digital technology in areas such as curriculum design, personalized learning, interactive teaching, and assessment feedback, and analyzes its positive effects on improving course content quality, promoting learning interaction, and optimizing evaluation processes. The research shows that with the help of digital technology, particularly big data, online learning platforms, virtual simulations, and AI-assisted teaching, students' learning and practical skills have significantly improved, and teachers have received more detailed feedback and support for their instruction. Through the use of digital technology, business administration education in universities is moving towards modernization, with significant improvements in teaching quality and efficiency, and the pace of educational model innovation accelerating.
