As the concept of " child-friendliness "has begun to permeate diverse fields such as social governance,school education, and urban construction,there remains a deep-seated prejudice between the protection of children's rights in public spaces and "social discipline" in the process of building a child-friendly society.Based on the perspective of publicness,this study takes the stigmatization of "naughty kids" in high-speed train scenarios as an entry point to reveal the practical dilemmas under a child-friendly society. To address these issues, a collaborative innovation path of "institution-culture-space" is proposed to break through the practical dilemmas in the development of a child-friendly society.
