The explosive growth of the digital music industry and the penetration of artificial intelligence technology are profoundly reconstructing the value coordinates of music education. The traditional talent cultivation model centered on skill transfer is facing the serious challenge of rapid iteration of industrial demand. The conflict between the standardized curriculum system and the nature of artistic innovation, and the disconnection between closed teaching and market dynamics will lead to the structural imbalance of talent supply. The project-based training model provides a new paradigm for bridging the gap between education supply and industry demand through immersive practice in real industry situations. This study focuses on the lack of cross-disciplinary competence and the rigid evaluation mechanism in music education, and explores innovative paths such as dynamic modular curriculum construction and dual-teacher team building, aiming to provide a practical solution for the transformation of music education.
