In the context of the digital economy era, China's society has become more demanding on the quality and level of talent. The education industry is a key area for cultivating talents, and the effectiveness of its development also affects the level of talent cultivation in the digital economy era. In order to better promote the educational function of the education industry and improve the quality of talent cultivation, China has begun to pay more attention to the performance evaluation of human resources in the education industry. By building a sound talent resource performance evaluation system, it can stimulate the work enthusiasm of education industry personnel, devote themselves to education work, improve the quality of education, and meet the basic needs of talent development in the digital economy era. Therefore, based on the background of the digital economy era, this article discusses the construction of a human resource performance evaluation system in the education industry, and analyzes the importance of building a talent performance evaluation system and other related content. It is hoped that this can provide some reference value for relevant personnel, give full play to the role of the human resource performance evaluation system, and promote the steady development of China's education industry.
