This paper takes Michel Foucault’s discipline theory as the core analysis framework to explore the behavior guidance mechanism in the modern school management system. Through the design of school space planning, time control, hierarchical supervision, normative adjudication and other systems, this paper systematically explains the path of shaping students’ behavior patterns. On the basis of studying the role of discipline management in improving the efficiency of education operation, this paper further analyzes its interaction with the characteristics of students’ individual development and puts forward the optimization path with both institutional efficiency and individual adaptability, so as to provide theoretical reference for the practice of education management.
