Based on the perspective of educational policies, this paper deeply explores the professional development paths of teachers. By analyzing the guiding and supporting role of educational policies on teachers' professional development, focusing on educational and teaching practices, this paper systematically expounds the specific paths of teachers' professional development from aspects such as the improvement of teaching ability, the conduct of educational research, the integration of information technology, career planning and self-improvement. Combining rich teaching cases, empirical data and cutting-edge theories, it aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for teachers to seize policy opportunities and enhance professional qualities, promoting the high-quality development of the education cause.
