Guided by the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System Construction", the deep integration of industry and education has become the core direction of talent cultivation reform in higher education. As a core general education course in higher education, computer foundation courses currently face prominent issues such as disconnection between teaching content and workplace demands, insufficient practical teaching relevance, and weak students 'skill transferability. This paper focuses on non-computer science majors as practical subjects, centers on the core proposition of "AI+Office technology docking enterprise needs and solving teaching pain points", and constructs a curriculum reform system featuring "demand-oriented content reconstruction + theoretical-tool-scenario integrated teaching model + workplace-oriented assessment optimization". Teaching innovation is carried out through introducing office auxiliary tools such as WPS AI, Excel's built-in AI functions, and ChatGPT. Practice shows that this system can significantly improve students' practical efficiency and comprehensive application quality of office skills, effectively bridge the gap between course teaching and actual workplace needs, and provide a replicable and scalable theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the industry-education integration practice of computer foundation courses.
