In the intelligent era of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the English translation industry is undergoing unprecedented changes and brings many challenges. In the context of the intelligent era, this paper delves deeply into the technical, quality and talent cultivation predicaments faced by the industry, and focuses on exploring three core paths: technological integration and innovation, construction of quality assurance systems, and transformation of talent cultivation models, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the English translation industry in the intelligent era.
