From many perspectives, this paper analyzes the current situation, challenges and opportunities of Chinese opera on the international stage, and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions. This paper expounds the importance and status of opera as a way of cultural expression on the international stage, and points out the current difficulties. Through studying the cultural exchange experience, successful cases and typical paths of other countries, it provides ideas for solving the current dilemma. This paper also analyzes the main factors affecting the world, such as educational system, cultural policy, talents, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, the future development trend and prospect of Chinese opera on the international stage are discussed.
