This paper analyzes the typical images of urban men and women in the works of Fragrance Scraps - The First Fragrance, Blockade and Jasmine Fragrance Pieces, and shapes the unique image of Zhang Ailing’s style of urban literature through the three perspectives of women, the East and the West, and the upper class city, as well as the assistance of ingenious imagery that penetrates into the heart of the matter.
