Against the backdrop of continuous evolution in today's society, China's science and technology has made great progress. Among them, the leap in digitalization is particularly remarkable. The digital age has brought great changes to people's lives. With the intervention of digital design technology for visual communication, some new phenomena have undergone fundamental changes. This paper focuses on the analysis of innovation in the teaching of visual communication design in the digital era, and carries on the innovative research of the teaching of visual communication design.
