With the rise of new technologies and the rise of media research, ChatGPT mixes the identity of the communication subject, highlighting the importance of artificial intelligence content production and communication, and because of its highly social, it is becoming embedded in People's Daily lives. With the emergence of large-scale AI models such as ChatGPT, journalism is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, these technologies can help news organizations obtain and analyze information more quickly and accurately, and improve the efficiency and quality of news reports. On the other hand, these technologies also bring a series of risks and challenges, such as information misdirection, privacy disclosure, false news and so on. In view of these risks and challenges, collaborative governance through multiple entities is a feasible approach to risk planning.
