From a semiotic perspective, visual symbols can effectively facilitate the transmission and sharing of intangible cultural heritage folk arts. Against the backdrop of comprehensive rural revitalization, the promotion of intangible cultural heritage crafts will undoubtedly inject more potential into the development of towns and villages, and rural revitalization will also invigorate the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. In the new era, the public values the use of traditional Chinese traditional style cultural elements to aestheticize daily life. Yangliuqing New Year Paintings, as representatives of Chinese folk culture and Tianjin's intangible cultural heritage, systematically organizing and redesigning their visual symbolic elements is conducive to enhancing people's understanding of Yangliuqing New Year Paintings and deepening the world's cognition of China's cultural image. This is of significant importance for constructing a spiritual home shared by the Chinese nation.
