With the accelerated pace of life and increased psychological pressure in modern society, expressive arts therapy, as a non-traditional therapeutic method, has demonstrated significant effects in promoting the physical and mental health of individuals. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanisms, applied effects and future directions of expressive art therapy in improving people's physical and mental health, and to include the most recent actual cited literature to support the arguments.
