Intelligent products are widely used in daily life, but existing design approaches have problems such as being function-oriented, lacking personalization, and insufficient emotional interaction. To address these issues, this paper proposes innovative strategies including user-centered design approaches, personalized customization services, emotional interaction design techniques, multi-sensory experience design, and continuous iterative optimization. These strategies emphasize deeply understanding user needs, providing tailored services, establishing emotional connections through voice interaction and facial expression recognition, focusing on multi-sensory stimulation, and continuously collecting feedback for optimization. Through these innovative methods, the user experience of intelligent products can be improved, enhancing user stickiness and loyalty, and promoting the development of interaction design for intelligent products and emotional services towards a more human-oriented direction.
