文章摘要
Childhood trauma has a profound impact on an individual's mental health and may lead to a series of psychological and behavioral problems. Expressive arts therapy, as a non-traditional psychotherapeutic approach, provides a safe and supportive environment for traumatized individuals to help them express and process their inner feelings through various art forms such as painting, music, dance, and writing, thus promoting psychological growth and healing. The purpose of this paper is to explore in depth the application of expressive art therapy in the treatment of childhood trauma and its effects, and to analyze its theoretical foundations, implementation process, efficacy factors, and future research directions by citing actual literature.
