This study explores the application of ergonomics in designing 3D-printed canine prostheses to enhance the mobility of disabled pets and reduce secondary injuries caused by poorly fitting prostheses. Traditional prosthetic limb designs often lack adaptability, but ergonomics can significantly improve the comfort and functionality of prosthetics through customized design and bionic technology. The research employs techniques such as pressure mapping and joint simulation to optimize the prosthetic structure, simulating natural biomechanical movement patterns. Future research directions include personalized customization, long-term monitoring and feedback systems, and cross-species applications, offering innovative possibilities for pet prosthetic design and veterinary medical care.
