This paper takes the integrated development of leisure sports and Hainan rural tourism industry as the research object, and deeply discusses the current situation, motivation, path and implementation strategy of the two integrated development through literature review, field investigation and case analysis. The research believes that the integration of leisure sports and Hainan rural tourism industry can not only enrich tourism products and improve tourism experience, but also promote rural economic development and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. This paper puts forward specific paths such as constructing resource sharing mechanism, improving industrial chain, strengthening policy support and talent training, aiming to provide reference for the integrated development of rural tourism and leisure sports industry in Hainan.
