文章摘要
By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the infringement of sports event broadcasting in China. The research shows that the main reason for the infringement of sports event broadcasting in China is the insufficient market development of sports event broadcasting in China. The cost of tort liability is low, and the emerging media is driven by interests ; users have not yet developed the habit of paying for viewing and lack the awareness of broadcasting rights protection. It is proposed to clarify the legal nature of sports broadcasting rights : expand the sports broadcasting market, and coordinate the development of new media ; develop anti-piracy technology and crack down on piracy infringement ; develop a reasonable habit of watching events and enhance citizens ' awareness of copyright.
