Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that studies and attempts to transform negative psychological factors from a positive perspective. Joyful teaching is an extended teaching method based on positive psychology, which is dedicated to exploring and enhancing students' positive psychology. It can not only tap into students' potential, but also create a happy and enjoyable learning environment for students, effectively eliminate students' negative psychology and negative factors, and promote students' learning and growth in happiness. Based on this, this article is based on positive psychology, and on the basis of conceptual overview and significance analysis, focuses on exploring effective strategies for enjoyable English teaching. It is hoped that this can provide reference for English teachers to tap into students' potential, create a happy environment, and promote positive learning.
