文章摘要
This paper delves into the modern interpretation and cultural inheritance of Chinese ethnic vocal music within the rapidly evolving landscape of contemporary society. It examines the stylistic evolution of vocal traditions, shifts in performance practices, and the role of educational systems in transmitting these art forms to new generations. By analyzing how traditional vocal techniques are preserved, reimagined, and integrated into modern artistic expressions, the study highlights both the challenges and opportunities facing ethnic vocal music today. Special attention is given to the influence of globalization, technological advancement, and intercultural exchange, which have not only reshaped performance formats but also prompted deeper reflections on cultural identity. Ultimately, the paper argues that the sustainable development of Chinese ethnic vocal music hinges on more than technical adaptation; it requires a conscious, ongoing negotiation between innovation and cultural rootedness.
