文章摘要
自重训练是运用自身重量来进行运动,完成不同训练动作,达到训练的目的。随时随地可以开始训练,是徒手健身的一大优点。目前,在健身房训练的人越来越多,过度依赖器械训练,而忽视了自重训练是提升身体素质的重要方法。本文主要运用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,以自重训练为主体,与器械训练方法做对照,探讨自重训练对青年身体机能的影响。在自重训练的基础上,旨在探讨适合中国青年的训练方法,帮助国民青年强身健体。
