本文主要论述了自我牺牲型领导力对员工所感知的组织公平感、组织效率及员工的顾客导向意识的影响。文章通过定义自我牺牲型领导力的内涵,分析其构成要素,探讨了此领导风格在任务分配、奖酬分配和权力运用方面的体现。同时,结合酒店行业的实际案例,阐述了自我牺牲型领导力在提升员工责任感、团队协作及顾客满意度方面的积极作用。最后,强调了领导者展现自我牺牲精神的重要性,并提出企业宣传此自我牺牲型领导力的建议。
