近年来，随着中国经济的持续发展和城镇化进程的加快，财政分权体制也在不断调整以更好地适应新的经济形势和发展需求，然而对我国城乡义务教育均衡发展带来了一定的影响。由于我国城乡的经济发展不平衡，以及地方财力的较大差别，造成了我国农村和城市之间义务教育资源配置的显著差异。本文整理了国内外学者的相关文献研究并提出了自己的观点，以期为同类研究提供参考和借鉴。
