文章摘要
绿色技术转移是优化绿色技术配置和实现城市碳排放双控的关键途径,具有高度集聚性和等级层次性,呈现出显著的“核心-边缘”特征;不仅能显著降低技术转入地的碳排放总量,还能明显抑制碳排放强度进而促进经济增长与碳排放脱钩。本文从绿色资本深化、高端人才集聚和绿色技术进步等方面探索其碳减排的作用机制。同时考虑绿色技术转移涵盖技术转让、消化吸收及创新应用等多阶段过程,探究技术扩散渠道和技术吸收能力对绿色技术转移碳减排效能的影响。本文旨在为城市实现碳减排提供路径选择,有助于拓展绿色技术转移与碳减排关系的理论边界,助力实现“双碳”目标。
