水泥水化和温度对水泥净浆触变性的影响

新拌水泥浆体的流变性能受到大量参数的高度影响,其中最重要的因素是施加的剪切应力、剪切历史、样品的年龄和温度。作者研究了这些参数对屈服应力(在本工作中指定为结构极限应力)、粘度和结构恢复率(即动态粘度随静止时间的变化)的影响。同时,本文研究了载液离子组成、矿物相含量和粒度的变化。结果表明,所有研究的流变学参数都表现出与水合度有关的近似双线性趋势,在水合度约为0.07之前具有准恒定特性的时期,随后呈非线性增加。这种增加可归因于通过量热法结果形成氢氧化钙(CH)和硅酸钙水合物(C-S-H)。关于样品的剪切历史对流变特性的影响,结构极限应力在剪切结束后立即显示出对剪切历史的轻微依赖性,然而,在静止的第一分钟内消失。结构性恢复率也是如此。本文所呈现的结果详细了解了水合作用和剪切对新鲜水泥浆体流变特性(尤其是触变性)的影响。
