以三聚氯氰、氨水、乙醇胺为原料,以去离子水为溶剂,加入碱作为缚酸剂,成功合成了成炭剂A,再以该成炭剂A、甲醛、次亚磷酸钠为原料,去离子水作溶剂,盐酸作催化剂,成功合成了一种膨胀型阻燃剂A。讨论了氨水用量、反应温度和时间对合成中间体A产率的影响,利用红外光谱仪、元素分析仪和热重分析仪对成炭剂A和阻燃剂A的结构和性能进行分析。
