PMC管理模式下国际工程项目的风险防范策略

PMC管理模式是一种新型国际管理模式,在当前国际与中国项目工程中被广泛应用,同时也取得了较为理想的成绩,但是PMC管理模式也有一定的风险性,希望有关单位能够对这风险带来的影响寄予关注,同时加强有关防控工作,以某国项目工程案例为主要代表,分析了PMC管理模式的发展优势以及项目管理在国际工程策划执行过程中的相关风险,并给出了有关防控策略,以供参考。
