文章摘要
肝脏作为人体代谢核心器官,其功能评估对疾病诊疗至关重要。传统影像学对微循环及血流动力学的表征存在局限性,而CT灌注成像(CTP)通过动态捕捉对比剂分布,可定量分析肝动脉灌注量(HAP)、门静脉灌注量(PVP)等关键参数,为肝脏疾病的早期诊断、疗效监测及预后预测提供了功能影像学新范式。本文系统综述CTP在肝癌、结直肠癌肝转移(CRLM)、肝硬化等疾病中的研究进展,探讨多模态融合与人工智能驱动下的技术革新方向,以期为肝脏疾病的精准诊疗提供理论依据。
